Due to age, I am now wanting to pass on the baton, to a younger member of the Classic Auto fraternity, who wishes to add an interesting skillset to his/her resume.            Currently, this is a hobby sized  occupation, and is not a regular business, however someone, with supreme self belief and enthusiasm, wishing to learn new skills associated with Classic Car restorations and specialized maintenance, will see the long term benefits.           Someone with vision might recognize, not just an Australian domestic marketing opportunity, but one with world wide opportunities.     I particularly prefer a younger person, who is not above realizing, that older enthusiasts are dying out and a new generation is essential to carry on with restoring and maintaining classic automobiles. 

I am offering to teach the selected person the skillsets required, provide the tools and equipment, and supply current stocks of SU carburettors - which comprises new, restored, and used parts, part built carurettors and untreated carburettor feed stock.           Equipment includes a near new, 3.5hp 320l/min air compressor, air hoses, a large bench drill press, various reaming tools, a bench grinder modified to polish aluminium dashots etc, and minor electrical hand tools.            New SU carburettor parts include, various carb parts, new spindle shafts, butterfly discs, spindle bushes, needles, valves, seals, jets, and gaskets etc. 

Please Note; the special reamers I use are supplied by Joe Curto, the highly regarded USA, SU carburettor rebuilder.           The costs of purchasing all of the above, will be negotiated, but will be very reasonable, because, I would rather it be offered to a younger enthusiast, who will take up the challenge without the need to be over indebted.            I would also prefer that this operation, including the parts and equipment, go to an appreciative recipient, rather than see my descendants auction it all off at best or send it to the scrapyard at worst.
