Never owned a MG of any description until five years ago, closest i've had was a 1954 two door split screen Morris Minor built from ground up with a 1600 engine, Morris Major Gearbox, Woolsley Diff, bigger brakes and British Racing Green so therefore had to be fast (it was).

Not until nearing retirement did i consider purchasing a MG, having been in the motor game until the age of thirty then changing to the building trade the mechanics of the MG was right my alley.

I am nearing completion of a full body restoration, still got the Mechanical to perfect but need to get it on the road just to stop people asking when will it be finished.
